Due to timezone differences the release may come a bit later or earlier as you would expect, depending on your location. Generally the release times are between 19:00-20:00 UTC - unless specified otherwise.

No. Each Episode contains all the previous Episodes that came before that. For example, if you download Episode 7, it will contain every Episode from 1 to 7. Please note as of right now, the Holiday Special is a Standalone Episode, meaning it is handled separately from the main game. Saves don't carry over to the main game and vice versa. It will be integrated into the main game soon.

This is most likely an issue on your end. As it happens, some downloads get corrupted on the way. Please download the game again and see if that solves the issue. If that still doesn't work, feel free to contact us using the contact form below.

You are most likely using old save files. Start a completely new game, and only use the save files you create on your new playthrough(s)!

You cannot directly change the names of the characters without going into the source code, which I do not advise for anyone to do. Then again, there are interesting fan made mods and patches out there, I'm sure a google search will help with your issue.
